Maddie... Wow. She did fantastic job for the 10th time! She is skilled and it feels like getting a professional haircut from a friend. She is also an expert at the MVP. She could be a scalp masseuse!!! MADDIE ROCKS!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!!! LEAVE HER A BIG TIP. SHE DESERVES IT!

I sent my son to get his hair cut because Prom is tomorrow night. We chose a picture before he left. He showed the stylist the picture. He told me that halfway through the hair cut she asked if it looked good, he said yes, then she said she would just trim a bit more. A bit more ended up taking 3+ more inches off. When finished she blow-dried his hair. He returned home with a fluffy helmet on his head, something fake, like a bad wig! He was in tears and said, I told her it was good and she kept cutting more off. He has Prom tomorrow! His hair hasn't been this short since he was 12yrs old and he is 18yrs old. He is polite to a fault and didn't want to cause a scene, because you can't add hair once it is gone. I don't think they understand the gravity that a bad haircut can have on an individual. He is not vain. A persons' look and how they choose to represent themselves is their identity and that includes hair. This was a bad experience with even worse consequences. They offered to recut, but the trust has been broken. He is just another client. They may be "trained," and I use that term loosely, to cut hair, but not to listen.

I have been going here the whole time I’ve lived in Boise for the last year and notmallly never have an issue. It’s usually better than I expect. This last time I had a new stylist and she did not understand anything I asked her and her head massage felt more like a toddler was doing it. She might have well skipped the massage. Overall completely disappointed and probably never going back again unless I know for sure that I won’t get her again.
